Air Force Grants Temporary Stay for Morris Doctor
Morris Minnesota physician Dr John Stock may stay in the town while the Air Force reviews a deferral request delayed active duty. A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing Stock’s call to duty after Morris Doctor Procurement Committee pursued legal action. The Air Force will resubmit the case to the proper admin board and advise on appeal if denied.
