Daisy Hicks through her attorneys seeks a divorce from Dr John R Hicks in Indianapolis. She asks $1500 alimony and an injunction to prevent disposition of property during the suit. They married June 11, 1901 and separated September 12 of this year. Grounds alleged are statutory. Horse and Buggy Taken Near Marshall
White calls on his lady friend near Marshall last Sunday evening. Claude Ratcliff’s horse was stolen from the hitchrack and driven several miles. The mare was found tied to a tree north of Marshall with whip welts. Ratcliff suspects the guilty parties and says the grand jury will likely question them soon.

Injured While Playing Ball in Indiana Town
John Ivan son of Big Dan Myers living near Wallace was badly hurt Sunday forenoon during a game of ball.
