The Kingman Commercial Club met Friday with about fifteen attendees. Officers were re elected for another year: Ira Duncan president G L Cory vice president Harry Towell secretary and S D Alexander treasurer. Committees remain largely the same with minor changes and plans for summer entertainments and weekly contests were set in motion. A band was discussed and a committee named to study it as merchants stock spring and summer goods and Kingman looks to a busy season.

Verdict for Defendants in Snapp vs Coal Co Case

Mrs Margaret Riley Dies at 76 in Cooper County
Mrs. Margaret Riley aged 76 widow of Peter Riley died at her son in law Thomas Thomas southeast of here early Wednesday morning after a lingering pneumonia. She had lived with her grandson Guy Stull before illness and was moved to her daughter's home where she weakened until death. Funeral services were held from the daughter's home yesterday forenoon and burial was in Cooper cemetery.
