George Allen Little Obituary Summary
George Allen Little born August 2 1862 in Kingman Indiana died February 28 1915 aged 52 years 6 months 26 days. He was the eldest child of Joseph and Nancy Maris Little and survived by his father four sisters Emmer Jane Luella Martha Ann Sarah Elizabeth one youngest brother William Baxter four nephews two nieces and six aunts. He lived on the family homestead most of his life after nine years in Kansas and levee work along the Mississippi River. He joined the Friends church in Kingman and remained a devout reader of scripture, often testifying publicly. Funeral services were held at the Friends church with Rev A H Bardin and Rev Levi Woody. interment in Harveysburg cemetery.
