Oil tanks and sprinklers for towns proposed
Attica and Waynetown each have 10,000 gallon oil tanks and a sprinkler to oil the streets with. This appeals to us a good thing, and we see no reason why Kingman could not do like wise, at least in proportion to the size of the town. There are streets in Kingman that need oiling.
