Change in Fountain county terms of court proposed
Representative Stahl will introduce a bill to change Fountain county terms from four of ten weeks to three terms of twelve weeks. The first term starts the fourth Monday in September, the second after a two week vacation in January, and the third from the first Monday in April. The plan cuts per diem costs and concentrates vacations in summer, with bar members approving the change.
