Ladies Aid of the Christian church presents the four act drama The Iron Hand at the Kingman Opera House on Friday evening February 14. The revival at the U B church begins next Sunday night with Rev Higgenbathem preaching. On Monday evangelists Miss C A Taggart and Nellie Gulley will assist. The ladies come highly recommended and good meetings are expected. Everyone is invited to attend.

Death by Own Action Near Wallace Details

In Wallace vicinity a man named Joseph Keller, about 45, found dead with a 22 caliber rifle wound to the temple in his bed. The death by own action occurred Wednesday morning after he had prepared two firearms and he had a history of mental imbalance and prior insanity confinement.

J C Mendenhall Dead at 76 Near Sylvania

Jonathan C. Mendenhall died at his home near Sylvania Wednesday forenoon after a very short illness. He was 76 years 3 months and 5 days old. He leaves a wife and two sons Pearly and Ottie, with many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Rush Creek church Saturday forenoon at 10 o'clock.

Obituary of Frank B. Moore of Kingman Indiana

Frank B. Moore born October 24 1884 near Kingman Indiana was the eldest of eight siblings. He married Phrona Marshall in 1905 and worked as a butcher/guardian administrator before moving to Fowler and Watseka with his wife and son Gordon born 1911. He died January 27 1913 after a typhoid illness. funeral services were held January 31 1913 at the U B church, with burial in Harveysburg cemetery.
