Ratcliff Wins Ribbons Across Classes At Danville Show
Danville Illinois show saw S M Ratcliff enter 16 birds with 6 ribbons captured. He swept leg horn first and second prizes but Buff Wyandotte class proved fierce with 18 ribbons awarded and Ratcliff earning ten among rivals. He did not win the 1st prize hen though he bred and sold her earlier, benefiting others as well.
