The winner will be crowned at the homecoming dance November 6 in Wills gym and attend the Bowling Green Kent game at Rockwell field with the university president’s party.
Voters hear a plan presented to the Student Council Elections Committee Chairman Irv Wheatley for a more efficient election next Tuesday.
