Council Forms Group to Spend Student Activity Funds
After a six hour hearing, the University Council moves to create a temporary allocations committee to advise the business manager on distributing student activity funds. The plan includes budgeting for each activity, a schedule of October deadlines, and prep for printed requisition forms. Names from student organizations will fill the temporary body.

Traveler Mary Dingham to Speak on Better World
Mary A. Dingham world traveller and lecturer speaks at the training school auditorium tonight at 7 30 under YWCA sponsorship. She has visited 46 countries across Europe Near East Far East and South America in 25 years and received two French decorations for welfare work. She assisted Madame Chiang Kai Shek in China and led the Peace and Disarmament committee of the Women's International Organizations as president until 1939.
