One hundred twenty five northeastern Ohio math teachers attend Kent State University's third math workshop. Five KSU mathematics faculty members and three Ohio State guest speakers lead sessions on verbal problems and enrichment methods for secondary mathematics.

Reading Clinic Registration Opens with Free Classes

Dates Set For Selective Service Tests In Kent
A three hour written exam will be held on December 13 1951 and April 24 1952 for draft eligible students at Kent. Eligibility requires intent to request student deferment and full time study, plus not having taken the test before. Postmark deadlines are November 5 1951 for December testing and March 10 1952 for the April session.

Library Opens Sunday Nights for Student Convenience
Beginning Sunday October 7 the university library will operate 6 to 10 p.m. on Sundays replacing the 2 to 6 p.m. schedule to accommodate students leaving Kent for weekends and returning late.
