New Law Program Aims to Accelerate Degrees
Dr H D Byrne announces a combined six year pre law program at the university. Under the plan three years toward an AB degree plus a year of approved law school work completes the AB. Students may enter law school after two or four years of pre law work. The bulletin notes KSU ranks high, second to Ohio State, in the number of graduates from the Reserve law school, with about 200 pre law students enrolled.

Order Class Pix Today for Senior Portraits
Senior pictures will be taken today from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. in the WAA office of the Student Union building. All proofs must be returned with the order and students select the portrait for the Chestnut Burr. The deadline for yearbook pictures has been extended to Saturday, Dec. 6. Dotty Ayre will lead as Antigone in the University theatre January production. She is a Michigan State graduate active in drama and this marks her first UT role. Irene Greenleaf Drake pianist and Dwight E. Weldy tenor headline the university school of music concert in the auditorium at 8 15 p m. Drake plays Liszt Chopin and Beethoven works while Weldy sings Mendelssohn Schumann Wolf and other composers. Weldy is a KSU voice instructor and Goshen College alumnus with graduate study at Northwestern.
