trio of New York musicians to open university concert season

The University hosts a concert by the Trio of New York on Wednesday at 8 15 PM in the auditorium. Carl Friedberg Daniil Karpilowsky and Felix Salmond arrive from Manhattan to rehearse. Reserved seats available with student activity ticket. non ticket admission 50 cents.

Speaker To Outline Work Of Public Affairs And Research

Ralph L. Lee of the General Motors public relations office will outline the work of public affairs and research at tomorrow's 10 a m assembly in the auditorium. A Dayton native, he has deep experience in sales and research and has held roles in appliance sales, customer research, and sales leadership. He is an ordained Episcopal minister, aviator, and inventor.

Kent Coach Joins Ohio National Guard Mobilization

Ray Novotny a university gym instructor and coach served as Second Lieutenant of Company C a convoy unit in a two day mobilization drill held November 11 and 12. The unit equipped with 15 trucks and one wagon will be stationed at the Ohio State fair grounds in Columbus for a second mobilization period November 22 to 26.
