Industrial College and Airport Plan at Kent State

Kent State University trustees discussed creating a new college of industry and possibly acquiring an airport. The project would cost about $400,000 and hinges on a separate budget request to the Ohio assembly. Dr. Leebrick was authorized to discuss the Stow airport transfer with R. A. Van Devere and a chamber committee.

Kent State University announces an evening extension course in reading maps to help residents of Kent Akron and nearby towns understand the geographic setting of daily world events. Six Kent State Delegates to Murray State Meet
