Beta Gamma Joins Alpha Chi Omega National Sorority
Beta Gamma the last local sorority on campus is accepted as a national chapter of Alpha Chi Omega after national council approval. The group formed as Delta Sigma Epsilon later became Beta Gamma in 1939 and now has 39 members.

Recital by Carapetyan to feature German Armenian and Shakespeare works
Professor Carapetyan will present a vocal recital in the university auditorium at 8:15 p.m. under the School of Music. The program includes German and Armenian music, three Shakespeare settings by Quilter, and Mozart and Handel selections with Miles and Cerveny assisting on piano and violin. Admission is free and open to the public.
