Lieut. Seroy Returns To KSU After Flying B-24 Missions
Lieutenant Seroy, first pilot of a 10 man crew aboard the B-24 Liberator The Spirit, returned to Kansas State University after 65 overseas missions. He earned three purple hearts and the air medal with three oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross. He took part in D day operations and survived a near miss over Paris.
