SC Plans Absentee Rulings
Five students requested excused absence from a Student Council meeting prompting discussion of attendance rules. A motion by Stan Baber to adopt prior rules was tabled for a rule-drafting session next week. Two more committees were formed with Ken Wilson and Bud Davis on Allocations and Frank Ressler and Roman Syroid on Radio. Bud Davis distributed more questionnaires as he urged finishing the project before quarter's end. Old Council members were asked to return incomplete forms by Friday to aid the new Council in completing the project.

Cardinal Key to Sponsor Family Day on Campus
Cardinal Key will host Family Day this Sunday May 25 with all campus buildings open from 1 to 5 p.m. Dormitories will be open to visiting parents from 2 to 5 p.m. Epsilon Pi Tau plans guided tours of some departments led by Paul Malan. Finalists Named for 12th Annual Rowboat Regatta Queen
Twelve girls were chosen from 33 applicants to form the Regatta Queen court for the 12th annual Rowboat Regatta. Judges University director Dick Rotzel Julia Waida and Captain Wesley Egan selected the finalists. The queen will be chosen at Brady Lake Park and will present trophies to race winners during Regatta festivities.

Foreign Students Prove Language No Handicap at Kent State
Seven foreign students at Kent State University earned honors for outstanding scholastic achievement in fields including sociology engineering pre law biology accounting personnel administration and architecture. Choirs To Sing Next Tuesday At Kent State
Kent State University School of Music will present a choral program on Tuesday May 27 at 8 15 pm in the Auditorium. Kent State's A Cappella choir performs Brahms Motet Opus 74 No 1 Wherefore Hath the Light Been Granted and Bruckner Mass in E minor. The University chorus joins for Bach Cantata No 28 O Praise the Lord For All His Mercies and Faure Requiem.

Repairman Injured On KSU Job After Ladder Fall
A 64 year old Ravenna repairman, Lenis Holmquist, remained in critical condition at Ravenna Robinson Memorial Hospital after a 28 foot fall from a ladder in the MPE building. Holmquist fractured skull and right arm when a turnbuckle broke throwing cables against the ladder. co worker James Kovac said Holmquist had finished the job when the break occurred. The turnbuckle split in two. four turnbuckles are used to tighten cables for gymnastic rings and the other three will be replaced.
