A weekly campus gathering begins tonight in Moulton hall music room from 8 to 10. Students will share interests for future activities and weekly events. Bridge players and card learners are especially invited to join. Other activities may start based on student interest.

Last Of Portables Ready In August For New University Warehouse
The university's new Summit street extension warehouse, built by R R Gilipin Construction Co, is to be finished in August. Emil Berg says it will feature a receiving and shipping room a lecture room for athletics and general supply and equipment rooms. The project cost 1500 dollars and uses machinery from the Courier-Tribune Photo. Building material was donated by the Federal Work agency and brought from Wrightfield Dayton.

Band Clinic Nears End of Michigan Drill Instruction
About 125 Kent high school students spend two weeks at a band clinic led by Mary Evelyn Thurman and Roger Lee in northeastern Ohio. Orin Ford and Roger Niergarth directed sessions with George Red Bird guiding baton discussions. Daily drills fill Merrill hall as students practice marching and horns lessons were offered but canceled due to low enrollment.

Four To Face Court Today In Ravenna Burglary Case
Four former university students charged with breaking and entering Ravenna business targets face common pleas court hearings starting today. Harry V. MRodeheaver Clarence P. Cole Walter Jackson and Thomas D. Turner have pled guilty or were found guilty on related counts of grand larceny and burglary. They allegedly removed a safe from Paul Mills farm equipment building and entered Ravenna Lumber and Supply Co. in Cleveland road, with witnesses expected to testify on their character.

Classes Open For Reading At Kent Hall Clinic
Mrs John Britt, instructor in the reading clinic, announced several half hour sessions for comprehensive reading and studying. Meetings will be in the psychology lab on the second floor of Kent hall Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays from 1 to 2 pm. No credit is given and individual help is provided. The clinic is continuous and not the reading workshop scheduled for July 14 to 18. Mrs Britt says eight to ten more students can join.
