University theatre announces the cast for Harvey to be staged Feb 28 to March 3 with Jim Iacovazzo as Elwood P. Dowde and Margaret Nanamaker as Vera Louise Simmons. The director is Prof. G Harry Wright assisted by Bill Feaster. Harvey remains open to additional casting for the title role.

A four member committee was appointed by President Bill Detwiler to revise the Booster club constitution. Members are Marlene Hamblin Shelly Portman Kay Georgelis and Jeff Barnard. The club adopted an amendment requiring any organization in the club to attend 75 percent of its meetings to retain voting power. Dave Makinson will print 1000 copies of KSU cheers and distribute them before basketball games.

Cook Appointed As Dimes Chairman In Kent
Robert E. Cook a Kent lawyer and political science graduate student was named chairman of the March of Dimes campaign in Kent. Ben McGinnis will head the University drive with iron lung can stations across campus and plans to reach every student faculty member and organization. The city aims to surpass last year’s $36 000 collection.

Davis Named Choir Soloist for Old Stone Church
Neil Davis a senior in education has been chosen bass soloist for the Old Stone church on Cleveland public square. He is among eight Ohio college students named to the church choir and will give his senior recital May 1. Davis sang bass soloist in the university Messiah in December and belongs to the A Cappella Choir Madrigal singers and Kappa Delta Pi education honorary.
