Students May Pay Fees Next Week
Emmet C. Stopher registrar announced that students who completed trial programs and had them approved by advisors and the dean may register and pay second semester fees next Tuesday and Wednesday. A copy of the trial program must be obtained from the registrar. Students who pay next week need not return to classes until Tuesday Feb 3. those who do not pay or complete the trial program must register on Monday Feb 2.

Betty Jane Leadenham, Greek prodigy and Miss Kent State of 1942, won the Top Hop queen title in a landslide election. She captured 447 of 803 votes, ahead of Jean Hungerford with 187 and Jane Schmiedel with 157. Helen Ann McCarthy received seven votes. Leadenham, a junior in kindergarten primary education from Ak ron, will be presented at intermission in Wills gym with Raymond Scott and his orchestra providing the music.

A short intensive accounting course will be opened next semester for all students except those in business administration and business education. Dean Arden L.
