Trustees OK Higher Dorm Rates and 22 Scholarships
University trustees voted increases in room and board and student services for next fall. Women’s room rate rises to a quarter from $3, board to $90, health and union fees increase, new men’s dorm room rate set at $42. Twenty two more four year scholarships raise total to fifty. new staff named Richard Rotzel admissions director and Benjamin McGinnis associate coordinator of veterans affairs, both from Youngstown, to start Feb 1.

Talismen New Songster Group Seeks Male Applicants
Auditions for the Talismen, a newly organized professional singing group drawn from the male student body, will be held tonight at 7 30.
