Harry Moldovan, president of the student council, won the Chi Omega sorority fifth annual Duke contest by topping ten rivals. Ballot stuffing yielded $36.56 for Moldovan with others at $32.17 and 2,045 votes for Bob Voelker. The fundraiser netted $115.64 for campus betterment. proceeds fate to be announced.
