Old rival factions Pan-Campus and Coalition unite to create a new party named Pan-Coalition. Gamma Tau Delta and Kappa Mu Kappa fraternities join with sororities Gamma Sigma Phi Pi Kappa Sigma and Sigma Delta Sigma. First Snow Causes First KSU Accident
The first university traffic accident of the quarter occurred when a student car struck a university maintenance truck on a back drive. Dale Rowe, student traffic manager, said the car was speeding on slippery curves and slopes, warning students to drive slowly to prevent injuries.
