Artists Show How It’s Done At Arts Festival

Russell Harris, a 1948 School of Journalism graduate, was awarded NYU Penfield Fellowship for 1950 51 in diplomacy and international affairs. The $1000 prize supports study in international relations law and government.

ROTC Cadets to Join Honorary Scabbard and Blade
The Scabbard and Blade society will initiate 24 ROTC cadets tomorrow evening to foster relations among university military departments and develop officer qualities.
