Tom Davey led a Blue Star surge as 24 seats went to Blue Star, five to Blue and Gold, and one to an independent. Senior posts went to Clancy Strader Bob White Isla Schnauffer and Anne Demiter. President Bowman approved the revised social code for 1947 1948 allowing events in Cleveland Akron Canton or any location within 35 miles of Kent. It bans attendees losing self control, sets 1 a.m. closing, and allows up to 1 to 1 half hours for on campus events and 1 12 hours off campus with escalating penalties for violations.
