A naval ROTC unit may come to the campus with a four year program. Capt Lyal Davidson of the University of Michigan inspected Kent and Toledo and will report to Washington. If approved only freshmen would enroll next September with graduation in 1945 for the first full class.

Theft Jeopardizes 1942 Short Course
The 1942 short course photogra phy salon faced a theft when a Kent student carried off a Life magazine print from the exhibit. The stolen piece titled Carol Landis Boudoir was among the most valuable items, prompting director Dale Books to urge the thief to mail the print back so next year’s Life exhibit could return.
