A forged proclamation imposes Nazi control on a campus by Col. Erich von Neurenberg. It bans fraternities and enforces curfews and loyalty, with death penalties for disobedience and high GPA students destined for concentration camps or execution.
The Nazi news agency in Berlin announced that German language courses history of the Reich and Mein Kampf will be taught in occupied American colleges.
