Junction Wins 15 Per Cent Credit On Good Fire Record
State Fire Insurance Commissioner Marvin Hall announces a 15 percent good fire record credit for Junction fire policies for 12 months from March 1. Death of Mrs. Mattie Jones in San Antonio Bandera interment
Mrs. Mattie Jones wife of the late Sam Jones died in San Antonio on March 12 1943 at age 91 after years of illness. Born January 24 1852 in Georgetown she moved with her family to Bandera married in 1868 and had six children four sons and two daughters. Surviving are daughters Mrs John Gibbons and Mrs Mahala Southward and sons Jim Sam and W C Jones. Funeral services were held in San Antonio and Bandera with remarks by Marvin Hunter. She was a Methodist and pioneer resident of this section.
