Funeral services for James Louie Ragland Jr. 5 of Kimble County were held Wednesday at Junction Baptist Church with Rev. Olen D. Welch officiating. Hodges Funeral Home arranged, burial in Junction cemetery. Jamie Ragland died Monday in a San Antonio hospital after a post measles illness. Survivors include his parents, grandparents from Junction and Brownwood, three uncles and three aunts. Pallbearers listed.

Funeral Rites Held For Frank A Nimitz
Funeral services for Frank A. Nimitz 46 died Monday in a Fredericksburg hospital were held Tuesday at the Schaetter Funeral Home chapel with Rev. W O Schulze officiating. Burial was in City Cemetery. He came to Fredericksburg ten years ago as manager of Hotel Las Lomas and was the last manager of the ship shaped Nimitz Hotel. He was a cousin of Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz and son of the late Mr and Mrs Charles Nimitz Jr. Survivors include a brother Charles of Fredericksburg and Austin and other relatives.

Track Meet Slated Here Between Junction and Menard High Schools
Junction and Menard High Schools will contest track events on local grounds Wednesday March 3 at 3 p m.
