Miss Mary Ellis Blackburn of Junction, a Southwestern University student, will appear on the honor roll for the Southwestern Annual with an average of 91 percent after making under 90 percent in three major subjects. Daughter of Judge and Mrs. M. E. Blackburn, she follows Junction High graduates in academic achievement. Verlan Skaggs celebrated his sixth birthday with a Valentine party hosting fifty children and seventeen adults, featuring games, races, and a pink-taper cake.
