The double ring ceremony at Central Baptist Church featured Dr Wolver, with Miss Sandra White singing and the Lord's Prayer. The gown was white Chantilly lace with a full bouffant skirt, elbow length veil, and a Bible with a white orchid. Attendants wore pink lace over taffeta, with rhinestone earrings. bouquets were pink astors.

Rev Lawton Riley to Preach in Nashville Tennessee

Two Jefferson Boys Hurt In Marshall Crash
Jefferson boys Jimmy Bollman and Robert Bollman were hospitalized after a Saturday night wreck near the Bomar Pine crest intersection in Marshall. Jimmy suffered a brain concussion a broken jaw and other injuries and was later moved to a Shreveport hospital while Robert had a broken leg and hip injury.

One of the biggest oilers in Cass County was completed on Wednesday. Deep Rock Oil Co and San Sklar finaled No. 2 G. H. Mcponald, near Kildare, a dust producer from the Henderson and Mitchell zone. The Henderson section yielded 218 barrels daily and the Mitchell 456 barrels daily from the same depth.

4-H Girls Attend District Camp in Lake Trinidad
Marion County 4-H girls Sue Wise Sherry Kindred Reba Bradley Sherry Grubbs Nancy Riley and Sherilyn Bailey joined about 125 youth leaders and agents from 15 northeast Texas counties for a three day encampment at Lake Trinidad. The camp featured recreation leadership training crafts and a candlelighting service explaining the 4-H emblem. The girls will help direct Marion County 4-H camp for girls and boys in July.
