He played and earned letters in multiple sports at Texas University and Simmons University and set a long held record for ball handling. He coached Fabens and Jal and built a standout football program earning widespread town support.
Mr and Mrs Robert Ramzy hosted a Wednesday night pit barbecue at their home to celebrate Ada Mae Hair turning twelve. After the meal ice cream and cake followed with guests including Frank McClaren Fowler Hair Olan Rich Flora Farnsworth Buster Elkins Alex Monison Hayted Fellers John Hair Arthur Toby Ray Hair Ramsey family and others joining in games.
