Methodist Holy Week Services Invite Community
The church invites all to Holy Week events with services Thursday 7:30 PM for Holy Communion and Friday 2 to 3 PM focusing on words from the cross. Easter Sunday encourages attendance with a 10:50 AM service and baptismal dedication for parents. Junior and young groups meet earlier. pastor G. L. Keever leads.

Dr. D. H. Roberts came back from Houston Saturday due to illness from an infection on the back of his neck. He sought treatment and rests at home as doctors monitor his condition.

The sixth grade enjoyed a sand hill party on a Wednesday afternoon. They loaded onto a school bus with sponsor John Eddy and traveled to the sandhills around 11 30 a m. Each student brought lunch and after hiking and roaming they spread their baskets for a picnic.

Musical Camps On Summer Program At TSCW
Denton March 20 Music and fun for a month on a college campus is the program of the Music Recreation center for high school girls from June 10 to July 12 at Texas State College for Women. William E. Jones and Dr. Anne Schley Duggan will lead activities with TSCW’s new music building offering classrooms, pianos, and auditoriums free of charge for class and private study. High school girls in the ninth grade or above are eligible.
