Washington on May 12 2017 reports that the Secretary of War directed that cavalry units not be included in selective draft calls for the National Army. Governors of states are notified that National Guard cavalry will not be called out for training for possible overseas operations. If needed later regular regiments could be used abroad, replacing border guard cavalry. Brig Gen Wa Mann and General Stall confirm positions.

Clean Up Playground for the Children
