Didn't Get Far Telegram From Jackson Messenger

A telegram from J W Sammon defense attorney suggested the case against J P Gheivagvars had merit but was settled out of court. Four witnesses from Jackson were notified and traveled by stage to Victor, then sent word the matter was resolved. The party plans to return home that night, with expenses noted.
