Matthew Gorey a longtime employee of the highway department and resident of Irvington died Wednesday after a brief heart attack. He was 15 years with the department and previously worked in manufacturing. Survivors include two brothers Peter A. Gorey of the Irvington police department and Thias J. Gorey, both of Irvington, along with his parents Thomas and Mary Gore. Services will be at Vanderbilt Funeral Home and burial in Sleeny Hallow Cemetery honors to be held Saturday morning at the Holy Name Society church services.

Funeral services held Tuesday for Irene May Keown in Irvington New Jersey. Born to the late Michael and Margaret Dutt Sienna she was educated in Irvington schools. Survived by husband John Jerwin two daughters Sydney and Margarett Irvin a sister Mrs Katherine Wood and other relatives.
