A cake sale to benefit the group is planned for Saturday March 20 at the North Bekar and Main Streets store, with Mrs Frederick Whipple chairing, helped by Mrs Drake and others.
Mayor Smith was appointed to a planning study committee of the Westchester County Planning Department during the last regular session of a municipal planning course held at the County Office Building in White Plains. Irvington was represented by Mayor Smith and several local officials and officials.
The Women's Association will hold a cake sale at Vington Presbyterian Church on Saturday from noon to 3:00 PM at Main Street and Church Avenue in Frederick. Proceeds support church activities and local programs.
