Water conservation and a Hudson scenic road clash in Irvington letters
In two letters to the Irvington Gazette the writers urge water purity and watershed protection, citing global lessons and local action. They push for Hudson Highlands National Scenic Riverway plans, challenge a proposed Lower Hudson Expressway, and seek a noncommercial, low-speed scenic road with limited lanes to safeguard rivers, parks, and tax bases.
