Justice Arthur D. Brennan in White Plains held the Village of Irvington must deed one half of the extreme south end garage on South Astor Street to Gustave and Bertram Trent. The 1941 village resolutions required the Trents to spend at least 15000 on reconditioning the Photocolor Building and to build a dividing wall in the garage center, which the court found not built due to village permission for other uses.
