Mrs Serrell a noted French resident visited the Broadway summer school on Monday and told the children a French story in English while snapping their pictures. Autos Smash at River Street Hill In Brisk City Morning
Two cars owned by We Erle Marks and George B Caldwell collided head on on River street hill. Marks driving to catch a train crossed to the wrong side. Caldwell’s car had just left passengers. Mrs Marks suffered facial injuries and was treated at Dobbs Ferry Hospital, then sent home. Both vehicles were towed to a garage for repairs. witnesses reported the crash as a near miss with serious consequences averted.
