Everett Fike was discharged in circuit court by Judge Remster after being charged with loitering at a saloon. The judge ruled there was no evidence of habitual loafing or wrongful motive. His father, Charles Fike, had recently been sentenced to the penitentiary for attempting to murder his wife by cutting her throat.
Mrs Myla Meuser wife of Robert Meuser of Broadway M14 was granted a divorce in superior court on Saturday. The court heard allegations of an ungovernable temper and fear on her part. Mr Meuser admitted his temper could be violent at times and he could not explain the loss of control.

Lessors show $8,734,000 drop, U S decrease $2,722,960, loans down $731,800, specie down, legal tenders down $99,100, deposits down $6,402,300, while circulation rises by $553,200. A fire in St. Johnsbury Vermont destroyed the Citi zens Savings block early today. Nine people were killed while two died later and five more are in serious condition. Township Trustee W J Winkie notified detectives who suspect Halloween pranksters. A stone was thrown at Mrs Rose Perkins home. glass and a plant were damaged. Oren Hack, a police court prosecutor, recalls his once model pupil Oza Hutchinson now 32, who was fined $1 for drunkenness after a wagon incident on W Morris Street.
