Dale Ayers aged 18 formerly of Fountaintown was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Parsons on W Vermont Street on Friday morning and jailed on charges of stealing a dress a skirt a belt a veil and manicure scissors from Madge Fralach at 419 VW Michigan Street. Fralach testified to the grand jury that Ayers tried to cut the clothing down to fit herself. The total value of the clothing was six dollars.
