The fifteenth annual report shows a 32 thousand dollar requested appropriation for next year. Last year the institute spent 27 thousand plus a 31 thousand access, with 185.25 left in treasury. Young Swain Attempts Suicide in Ohio River
Walter Swain, son of a prominent Indianapolis family, leapt into the Ohio River at Portsmouth to end his life over unpaid board.
