A prominent display at the round house features three causes of American cod foreign butterflies and four cases of birds plus a collection of old Indian and mineral relics. The Second United Presbyterian church contract awarded
The contract for the erection of the Second United Presbyterian church was awarded on Friday to J. H. Diven of Blairsville. The church will be built on the lot purchased by the congregation on north Seventh street beside the PROGRESS office, for 4000 dollars. Construction starts this week with mason work by Benjamin McCreight who has begun the foundation. The congregation expects to occupy the new church early next year.
