The Conemangh Presbytery of the United Presbyterian Church met at the First U P church yesterday with sixteen ministers and ten elders. Rev J M Welch retired as moderator and Rev O Hi Milligan of Elderton was chosen moderator for the coming year. Rev B M Black of New Florence was named stated supply for Bethel church for six months. D S Tinker presented Bolivar’s financial report. Theological students J G Dick and W J Sturgeon gave specimen sermons and progressed to their second year. Delegates Revs McMasters Kyle and McClure to the general assembly. alternates Revs Tinker Telford and Hutchison. The meeting closed with a conference on Sabbath Observance.
