Mrs Pringle Overcome by Gas at School Street
Mrs. Abram Pringle of School Street was overcome by natural gas Wednesday evening. A leak in a stove tube upstairs caused the danger. She entered the room to turn off the gas and collapsed as she was leaving, her husband finding her unconscious. A physician was called to revive her.

New Raila for Branch Rail Upgrade Planned
Indiana branch of the Pennsylvania railroad will be improved by laying 85 pound rails over the entire line. Five cars of new rails arrived Wednesday and 22 more have been distributed along the branch. Hunters William OHara and Charles Dodson with WJ Waters and Arthur McPike traveled to Rayne township Thursday and Friday, reporting 28 rabbits 14 pheasants and 7 woodcocks bagged. Edward A Blewing sold a south Seventh street lot adjacent to his home to Miss Emma Johnston for 450. Fleming sold a Maple street lot to Robert Getty in town.
