Columbus Bones Move for Real Tomb Proposed by Pan Americans

A Dominican report urges Pan American nations and Canada to fund a monumental final resting place for Christopher Columbus in Santo Domingo. The plan includes a towering beacon and a tomb modeled after Les Inválides with a Parisian interior, aiming to honor the explorer in the Cradle of America. The project, revived after World War I, seeks broad sympathy and involvement to replace Santo Domingo alone. Other notes cover Indiana County Farmer issues, wool twine, and a surgery recovery.
