In New Bethlehem on a Tuesday morning Thomas B. Cook collapsed and died en route to a dentist, aged about 78. A native of Cooksburg, he was an owner of Cook's Forest recently acquired by Pennsylvania for a state park. Survived by widow and three children, funeral set for Friday at 2 PM in Cooksburg with interment in the Cook mausoleum.
