Sacramento reports say political candidates rushed by bus plane mail and even to leave statements at Governor Reagan's LA office to meet Secretary of State Edmund G Brown Jr. deadline to file campaign contributions and expenditures. Some used Greyhound, air travel, or postal service to beat the deadline.
