Disputed Sublease Denied for Los Angeles Marina Owner
Los Angeles Harbor Commissioners rejected a sublease to Wilmington Yacht Marina Inc. president Charles J. Slater after finding he withheld possession and made dishonest accusations. Slater, in bankruptcy, had sought to sublease to Challenger Yacht Corp for 3000 dollars a month for seven years while the marina remains under a court appointed bankruptcy receiver.
